Murphy’s Yard Development

A planning application to redevelop the Murphy’s Yard Site in Gospel Oak has been submitted to Camden Council Planning Department. The proposal is for a mixed commercial and residential scheme.

Our neighbours, the Elaine Grove & Oak Village Residents Association, have contacted us to express various concerns about the proposal — including the impact of traffic and the density and scale of the proposed scheme, in particular the high-rise blocks.
